A Lending Partner Who Looks After Your Clients the Way You Do

I help financial planners give their clients expert mortgage advice — clear, careful, and always protecting the trust you have built.

Relationships That Serve Your Clients

I work with financial planners to deliver exceptional outcomes for the clients they refer. See how below.

Hello! I’m Will Bell.

I’ve spent almost 20 years helping Australians get finance for residential mortgages.

I work with financial planners who want a mortgage broker they can trust with their clients — someone who gives clear, expert advice, keeps everyone informed, and protects the relationship you’ve worked hard to build.

Your clients come to you for the big financial decisions. When lending is part of the plan, you need a broker who treats those clients with the same care you do — and makes you look good for the introduction.

If you’d like a lending partner who looks after your clients the way you do, I’d like to speak with you.

Testimonials

Here's what our clients have to say about us.

I’m self employed, which always makes things seem difficult. But from the very get go, Will was so helpful and guiding and made everything feel so much easier and stress free. We got the result we’re after and got our new house, I would recommend Will to anyone who needs a mortgage broker. Great advice , clear and thorough in helping us provide the correct credentials we needed and was always willing to answer the phone and walk us through what ever we needed. I highly recommend Will to anyone seeking a hassle free process.

Case Study 1: Putting the Client First

A lady in her late fifties from Queensland came to me wanting to buy an investment property through a self-managed super fund (SMSF). She thought she had a reasonable grasp of the basics, but in reality her understanding of how an SMSF actually works was quite limited.

Rather than simply arrange the lending, I suggested she speak with a financial adviser first. After working through her full situation, the planner’s advice was clear: based on her circumstances and her retirement goals, she didn’t need to borrow, didn’t need to buy the property, and didn’t need to set up an SMSF at all.

It wasn’t the outcome that earned me a loan — but it was the right outcome for the client. That’s the standard I hold the business to: doing the right thing for the client, every time.

Case Study 2: Knowing When to Bring in a Planner

I worked with a self-employed client in his fifties who was going through a divorce. To finalise the settlement, he needed to refinance and bring the family home into his own name.

With a couple of kids and a strong business behind him, it was clear pretty quickly that the refinance was only a small part of what he actually needed. The bigger questions — protecting his income, his business, and planning for what came next — were squarely financial planning territory.

So I handled the lending and made sure he was connected with a financial planner for the rest. That’s how it should work: the right people in the right lanes, all pulling for the client.

Case Study 3: Getting the Right People Around Valued Clients

I referred some long-standing clients of mine — small business owners who wanted to buy a commercial property. It was a complex one: the SMSF didn’t just involve the business owners, there were other members and entities tied into the structure as well.

They needed someone genuinely on their side. Up to that point, their only real point of contact was an accountant who couldn’t give them the help they needed — and who only returned calls about once a week.

Because these were valued, long-term clients, it mattered to me to get the right person on board to look after them. Bringing in the right financial planner made a real difference: it strengthened my relationship with the clients, and it gave the planner a substantial engagement — four members, plus businesses and other entities, all part of the picture.
